Ordering from us couldn’t be easier! We use a third party payment processor – PayPal (www.paypal.com) to process and handle all of our online financial transactions. This means that CampingExpress.net does not have access to any of our customers’ billing or financial information (e.g., credit card numbers, etc.).
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation indicting what you ordered, the price as well as the information you provided for us to ship the item to you.

Refunds or returns are also processed via PayPal. If you’d like to return something, or would like a refund, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. After 3 days we simply can not take the item back or offer a refund.
However, if there are extenuating circumstances, we will of course make every effort to accommodate your return request. Such decisions are made on a case by case basis. |
